This experience is open to all interested instrumental students who wish to develop their skills in jazz improvisation and keyboard harmony/theory. A minimum of 3 years of experience on an instrument is required. Placement in the Ruth Eckerd Hall/Clearwater Jazz Holiday Band or Lab Band as well as combos will be completed on the first day. Includes jazz instruction plus workshops with visiting artists coordinated with Clearwater Jazz Holiday. Past workshops have featured Chick Corea, Dave Koz, Kenny Drew, Jr., John Lamb and other jazz greats.
