The prestigious Moscow Classical Ballet offers a new interpretation of this classic based on E. T. A. Hoffman’s 1816 fairy tale. Choreography is based on the original work of Vasily Vainonen from 1934, updated by current choreographers Kasatkina and Vasilyov but true to the initial concept, offering a fascinating blend of innovative spirit and rich tradition. The Florida Orchestra enhances the artistry, precision and grace of the dancers.
