FIRST ARTS, ARTS IMMERSION
Ages 3–4, $135.00 per week
9:00 am–12:00 pm
Our youngest students discover theater, music, movement, and visual arts activities.This class is designed to develop and expand imagination and creativity as well as enhance essential basic learning and social skills in a warm and nurturing environment. Each one-week class explores a different theme and offers fresh material.

ONCE UPON A RAINBOW, June 14–18
This class discovers how the Rainbow Fairies rescue a barren kingdom from goblins by spreading their magic colors across the land.

THE SLEEPING BEAUTY, June 21–25
This is a simple retelling of the old classic about love breaking “the spell” of fear and waking the princess to “make her dream come true.”

THE LION AND THE MOUSE, June 28–July 2
Using Aesop’s fable and Jerry Pinkney’s beautiful illustrations of a mouse who rescues a lion king, this class learns the value of friendship between creatures great and small.

(No First Arts July 6–9)

FAIRIES FOLLOW THE SUN, July 12–16
Inspired by Cicely Mary Barker’s beautiful illustrations, this class journeys with fairies who follow the sun westward, meeting new friends along the way, including the fireflies who light their
way home at night.

PETER RABBIT, July 19–23
Based on Beatrix Potter’s famous tale, Peter Rabbit and his friends have quite a curious, scary, funny adventure in
Mr. McGregor’s garden.

THE BIRTHDAY STORY, July 26–30
Inspired by a seed idea from Waldorf Education, this magical story imagines one’s journey being born on Earth and the search for one’s mother and father.
